We value the privacy of both parents/guardians and children who use our apps. Therefore, we have created this Children’s
Privacy Policy (“Children’s Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to protecting children's privacy. Children's
privacy is extremely important to us, and we take it seriously. Please read this policy carefully, and if you have
any questions or feedback, feel free to contact us.
By using our apps or any services related to the apps, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information from app users, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, locations, or
children’s names. The only information we collect is your email address when you register an account. An email address
is required for registration, password resets, and accessing additional features. If you opt-in to receive marketing
emails during registration, we may occasionally send you promotional emails. We do not share your email address
with any third parties for any purpose.
If we receive any personal information, such as emails or phone numbers through support requests or other communication, it will be kept strictly confidential. Such personal information will never be shared with any other entities and will be retained only for resolving support requests and for reference if needed for future support. We can delete emails at your request. Rest assured, our apps do not allow children to publicly share personal information, and no children’s data will be shared with third parties without guardian consent.

Non-Personal Information
We use analytics services such as Appsflyer and Firebase, which use cookies sent from our platform to provide non-personal
information and data on app usage, based on our legitimate interests. The types of information collected include
device type, operating system version, crash reports, and general usage patterns of the platform. This data is used
to improve our platform and services continually. Personal information is never associated with the cookies or non-personal

have their own privacy policies for the data collected through our platform. Please review their policies:

Internet Permissions
Our apps generally require internet access to download additional content, link to our app store listings, and collect
anonymous usage data for analytics, as described above.
Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly engage with or contact children under the age of 13. If parents/guardians discover that a child
under the age of 13 has attempted to contact us or engage in business with us, please notify us at
yoyogames.studio@gmail.com so we can take corrective action.
In-App Purchases
Our apps may include in-app purchases (IAP) or subscription services.
Advertisements
We may occasionally cross-promote our other products within our apps.
Social Media
Our apps do not interact with any social media platforms. However, we may provide links to our own social media
pages for support and product information.
Parental Rights
Parents have the right to know what personal information we collect about their children, and whether that information
is shared, transferred, or disclosed.
Parents have the right to request that we stop collecting or using their child’s personal information, as outlined in the “Personal Information” section above. You can contact our data protection officer to handle this request.
Parents also have the right to request the deletion of their child’s personal information. If you find that we have collected personal information about your child, you have the right to request its deletion. Please contact us promptly to initiate this process.
You can exercise your rights by contacting us at yoyogames.studio@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify your request, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Children’s Privacy
As a developer of children’s apps, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
COPPA gives parents control over the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces the COPPA rule, which details what steps operators of websites and online services must take to protect children’s online privacy and safety. Your child’s privacy is important, and we respect your privacy. We do not request or collect any child-specific data such as names, ages, schools, etc., anywhere within the app. We may ask about your child’s interests only to personalize their experience within the app and show relevant content. You can avoid personalized experiences by not providing any interests and using the default options. We do not allow third parties (including plugins) to collect personally identifiable information from children. In-app purchases or subscription services can only be accessed via the parent gate. The parent page is only accessible after correctly answering a verification question.
